DIY

Since 2004, I have worked regularly for DIY Theatre Company, an established company of learning disabled performers. DIY has been creating entertaining, accessible and thought-provoking theatre since 1994.

I have co-directed the last two shows with DIY – Platform 1 – 2008 and Strange Capers – 2006 – and I am the Communications officer there as well as a regular drama worker.

As part of my work for DIY’s education and outreach group – I am an Arts Award trainer.I recently co-led a training session for people who want to run the Arts Award with people with learning difficulties.
